Two Republican-held House seats are getting an increasing amount of attention in the lead up to special elections.
Last year was filled with a series of special election races, most of which were held to replace members of Congress joining the Trump administration. Republicans held nearly all of those seats, although the race that drew perhaps the most attention of all, the Alabama Senate race, went to Democrat Doug Jones.
Now, two more special elections are looming on the horizon, and activity from national groups is causing some to speculate whether these Republican-held House seats will remain that way.
