There are 11 days to go until Election Day, and a new report from NBC News indicates that Republicans are outpacing Democrats in early voting in key states. Meanwhile, President Trump’s approval rating is at its highest point as president according to an NBC News/Wall Street Journal survey, and campaign’s are delivering their closing arguments via TV and digital ad buys.
On the Senate front, Republicans hold polling advantages in key GOP-held states like Arizona and Nevada. Meanwhile, GOP candidates are poised to pick up a seat in North Dakota and races are nearly tied in Florida, Indiana, Missouri, and Montana, and closer than expected in blue states like New Jersey and Minnesota.
On the House side, races are absolutely flooded with spending by campaigns and outside groups. Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg plunged $11 million into digital ads just this week to boost Democrats’ chances of retaking the House in November.
