Race Rundown: 07-06-18

July 6, 2018

Even during holiday weeks like this one, there’s just no avoiding political news! A new jobs report showed the U.S. economy adding 213,000 jobs, EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt resigned Thursday, and Senate Leadership Fund announced new ad buys in key states like Indiana, Tennessee, and West Virginia.

President Trump is expected to announce his nominee to full the Supreme Court vacancy left by Justice Anthony Kennedy next week, and a Democrat in Florida has already announced he’ll likely oppose whomever Trump picks.

On the House side, Jennifer Wexton is getting some help from Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) according to a new report.
